INBODY BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS
The science behind your body: we don’t guess – we measure.
Clinical diagnostics with InBody 270S and InGrip dynamometry, interpreted by a PhD in biochemistry and physiology.
Precise data on muscle, fat, hydration and strength – and a nutrition strategy built on them.
Whether your goal is weight loss, lean muscle gain, better athletic performance or healthy ageing – the path is the same: accurate data and expert guidance.
✓ Clinical accuracy
Segmental BIA analysis at 3 frequencies
✓ PhD in biochemistry
Trained in Cologne and Wageningen
✓ No guesswork
Results in 30 seconds
WHY THE SCALE IS NOT ENOUGH
Why common approaches fail
- The scale shows a single number. It can’t tell fat from muscle and water. Minus 2 kg may mean lost muscle mass.
- One-size-fits-all diets ignore your metabolism. Two people with the same weight can have completely different body composition.
- Hidden risks stay invisible. Visceral fat and loss of strength don’t show in the mirror.
- Progress is judged by eye. Without objective data you don’t know what works.
The scientific solution: a complete map of your physiology
- Precise composition – muscle, fat and water separately, in every segment of the body.
- Metabolic profile – basal metabolic rate and visceral fat level.
- Function – grip strength as a biomarker of health and longevity.
- Expert guidance – the data becomes a concrete plan for nutrition and habits.
INBODY 270S
Clinical body composition diagnostics in 30 seconds.
InBody 270S is a professional medical-grade analyser that shows not how much you weigh, but what your body is made of.

How it works
- Direct segmental BIA – each segment is measured directly, not estimated by formula.
- 8-point tactile electrodes – stable contact for reproducible results.
- 3 frequencies (20, 50 and 100 kHz) – higher accuracy across different tissues.
- Results in ~30 seconds – no assumptions based on age, sex or body type.
Specialised analyses
- Segmental analysis – arms, legs and trunk separately; reveals imbalances.
- Balance recommendations – how many kg of fat to lose and how many kg of muscle to gain.
- Measurement history – objective progress tracking.
What we measure
- Muscle mass – skeletal muscle mass and lean body mass.
- Body fat – fat in kg and percentage (PBF).
- Visceral fat – a key indicator of metabolic and cardiovascular risk.
- Total body water – hydration and fluid retention.
- Basal metabolic rate (BMR) – the calories your body burns at rest.

INGRIP DYNAMOMETRY
Mass without strength is not enough.
InBody shows how much muscle you have; dynamometry shows how well it works. InGrip is designed specifically for precise sarcopenia assessment.
- Overall body strength – grip strength is a reliable indicator of overall muscle strength.
- Biological age – reflects how your body is ageing, regardless of the years.
- Mobility – weak grip is among the earliest markers of fall risk.
- Longevity – a simple, precise tool in an anti-ageing approach.
What is sarcopenia?
A progressive loss of muscle mass, strength and physical function – most often due to age or a sedentary lifestyle. It is now officially recognised as a disease, not a “natural part of ageing”.
- It develops slowly and often goes unnoticed for years.
- Detected early, it responds to training and adequate protein intake.
- InBody + InGrip assess both mass and function at the same time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How should I prepare for the measurement?
Come on an empty stomach or at least 2–3 hours after your last meal. No coffee or energy drinks before the test and no alcohol the day before. Don’t train or use a sauna before the measurement. Drink water normally, but not large amounts right before the test. Use the toilet beforehand and wear light clothing without metal accessories.
How often should I have an analysis?
With an active diet or training plan – every 4–6 weeks. For prevention and anti-ageing screening – 2–4 times a year.
Who is it for?
Athletes, people aiming to lose weight or gain lean muscle, anyone focused on healthy ageing, and adults over 50 as early sarcopenia screening.
Is the test painful?
No. You stand barefoot on the device and hold the handles for about 30 seconds – the current cannot be felt. The dynamometer test is a short squeeze of the hand.
Are there any contraindications?
The test is not performed on people with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device. If you are pregnant or have metal implants, please consult us beforehand.
